Responsibilities and Duties

We are seeking a massage therapist that wants to build a customized massage session based on each client's goals. Maintaining a high-quality massage experience, listening to client concerns, and using a wide range of massage therapy modalities and skills to accomplish the client’s goals. Our massage therapist has a wide range of autonomy and approach to massage to demonstrate their brilliance. We support the unique skills that each of our therapists provides to clients.

Therapists are responsible for opening their massage rooms, maintaining client notes and records, and basic room cleaning.

 

Required Experience

We enjoy supporting newly graduated massage therapists and are here to help them grow as therapists through on-site training and continuing education.

• Currently licensed by the state of Colorado/DORA

• Cheerful outlook and a willingness to pursue growth and learning

• Ability to build a solid client base (we provide a steady stream of new clients)

• Dependability

• Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week (as well as at least 1-Saturday shift a month)

• Awesome massage skills

• A strong desire to help people relieve pain.

• 1 year of Massage Experience (Preferred)

Compensation

• We pay $30 to $55 per hour based on experience.

• We offer commissions on products you recommend to clients and they purchase

• We offer bonuses based on personal and company goals

• Gratuities are all yours in addition to hourly pay.

Schedule:

• 6 hour shift- 30 min break between customers

• Choose your own shifts

• Day shift

• Evening shift

• Weekend availability
