Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is great to relieve stress and pain. It combines different styles of massage and bodywork that best fits your individual needs.
The therapist will discuss those needs before each session, and determine what techniques will work best for you.

Cupping is like a deep tissue massage from the inside out! A trained therapist will strategically place cups on the skin for 30 seconds to 3 or more minutes to alleviate tension, reduce pain, promote blood flow, increase range of motion, and soothe the nervous system.
