Have you ever gazed up at the night sky only to notice the beauty and mesmerizing pull of a giant full moon?  I can't help myself!  Every time I experience a full moon, I find myself utterly amazed at the world around me and the expanse above me.  Our full moon events are meant to emcompass this feeling.  During a full moon, the sun and moon are directly opposite each other, and this causes some very interesting and often beautiful phenomena to occur!

Yoga and Meditation During a Full Moon

Take a look at the following two lists:

Gratitude, Strength, Completion, Fulfillment, Reflection, Abundance, Energy, Receptivity...

Emotional Reactivity, Heated Conversation, Physical and Emotional Tension...

When you think about the first vs. the second, which do you think would be a more beneficial group of qualities to manifest?  Of course, we would pick the first!  That is what we are workin on during this event.  A full moon brings about so many different ways to reflect on who we are, and we would like to focus on cultivating the goodness!  The Full Moon offers us a way to look inward, heal, cultivate positivity, and move forward through the upcoming month in a lighter and more 'in sync' manner.

During this event, we will practice yoga and meditation tailored specifically to cultivate these good qualities.  All levels are welcome, and you do not have to have any previous yoga or meditation experience to participate.  We will also talk a little bit about what the Full Moon actually does to and for us, highlighting this specific moon, the Pink Moon!
