I’ve always been drawn to the helping professions.
I had been pursuing a doctorate program in physical therapy for several years. I was working as a mobility technician in physical therapy clinics, chiropractic, acupuncture, athletic training, as well as Kaiser Permanente,
However, something was still missing from my journey and purpose.
In 2016, I traveled to Costa Rica and Guatemala, and began teaching yoga, and worked in multidisciplinary settings for rehabilitation in bodywork.
Realizing I like helping people rehabilitate their bodies, I earned my massage therapy license. I utilize trigger point therapy to help you increase your range of motion, decrease pain, or a little bit of both!
I will need your effort, as much as I’ll give mine, because long-term healing doesn’t happen overnight. It happens gradually, with intention, attention, and attitude.
